This is a fun display from the Sweet Shoppe from the Stampin’ Up! Convention 2010. The display used the fun colors inspired by the new Celebrations Designer Series Paper (117164) and coordinating Quick Accents (118708). The Surprise banner was made with the Party Banner die cut letters (118718) and to make the party complete you can always add the Party Hats (118716). Remember you can shop 24/7 on my online store.
